Conor Kavanagh fundraising for Aware in Aware Harbour2Harbour Walk 2026

Since 2024 I have been a regular user of Aware. Their services have made a huge impact on my life. It would mean the world to me if people were able to donate any amount, however big or small between now and St. Patrick’s Day. Aware is a volunteer-led organisation and relies on our donations to keep going, and ultimately, saving lives.

About Aware

Aware undertakes to create a society where people affected by stress, depression, bipolar disorder and mood related conditions are understood, supported, free from stigma, and are encouraged to access appropriate therapies. A significant number of people in Ireland experience depression, but many hide their condition and never get help. Aware’s message is one of hope: recovery is possible. Early intervention,as well as ongoing support are very important.
