At Brú Columbanus, we believe that no one should have to face a medical crisis alone or far from loved ones. We provide home-from-home accommodation, free of charge, to the families of seriously ill patients in Cork hospitals and the hospice. Many of our guests travel long distances for treatment - often during the most difficult days of their lives. By offering a warm, safe place to stay just minutes from the hospital, we lift a heavy financial and emotional burden from families when they need it most. Every year, we support over 700 families from across Ireland. This service is made possible entirely through the generosity of fundraisers and donors like you.
