The 150 Club's team fundraising for Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind

The 150club Celebrating 150yrs of Cork City Fire Brigade. U can join us in this once in a life time event. core values history community charity. 2014, aged 40 fire fighter Alex O’Shea ran his 1st Cork City Marathon breaking the Guinness World Record running in full fire kit 3:41:10 raising funds for Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, earning the nickname “The Running Fireman.” A father of four & full-time firefighter Since then, Alex has become a leading Irish ultra-runner, winning national medals across multiple distances, rep Ireland five times & competing in extreme races worldwide. In 2018, he ran 32 marathons in 32 counties in under 16 days, while supporting the Irish Guide Dogs. 2027 He’s inviting as many people to join the “150 Club” as possible your race your pace our team within Cork City Marathon.
