Rás na mBan is a five day stage race. It is the premier women's cycling event in Ireland.
Rás na mBan is the premier international women's cycling event in Ireland. In its current format it runs for six stages, over five days for a total of over 400km of racing action and attracts riders from around the world to race the roads of Ireland.
The 20th edition of the event runs from September 2nd to 6th from a base in Kilkenny and racing through neighbouring counties in Ireland's Ancient East.
The event is promoted by the volunteer Rás na mBan Organising Committee under the auspices of Cycling Ireland.
International Riders
All visiting riders must be registered on the Cycling Ireland system, prior to event registration.
For riders who have not been registered before, please complete the following form for each individual. Once approved, the rider will be assigned a unique licence number, which is then to be used to register for the event.

All Foreign Rider Applications and Renewals must include the following documentation, in order to be approved:
- Copy of active licence
- Letter of Permission to race in Ireland from your home federation (unless racing with your UCI registered team)
