A 3 x 1k Time trial in O'Briensbridge, This will be spread over the 3 summer months starting with the soltice swim on June 21st the one in July and one in August, Each swim will be swam over the same course.
Week 1 Friday 21st June (incoperating Soltice swim)
Week 2 Friday 26 July
Week 3 friday 30 August (the twist)
Sign in 6 to 6.30 Race 7pm Sharp
These swims will again be part of the Shannon league.
