Join us for the first event of the 2024 Athletics Ireland Race Series.

The Irish Runner 5K takes place on Saturday 18th May 2024

We will help run your first 5k, or help you achieve a personal best time with our expert training advice.

A free 4 week training plan will be issued on April 22nd so make sure to sign up in advance!

This event incorporates the National 5K Championships. Entries available until Thursday 15th May or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first

Please note non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day Licence to take part in this event. This can be added during registration.
