Women on Wheels is suitable for women who would like to improve their cycling skills and cycle more regularly for commuting, leisure and fitness. The 4 week programme will include a workshop on bike maintenance, cycle safety, cycling rules of the road and the opportunity to improve your cycling fitness.
The programme starts with off-road cycles and gradually progresses to cycling on the roads as part of a group. The programme is structured and each session is led by qualified instructors. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your cycling skills and take to the roads with confidence!
Starting Mon 5th September at 7pm in Buvinda House Carpark, Navan.
