ITS BACK!!! CranaFest. Buncrana, Co Donegal. Two days of paddling action! Kayak Cross and team events. 19th and 20th of October
The inspirational Adrian Harkin created CranaFest many years ago, which has become a massively popular event on the paddle sports calendar. Sadly, earlier this year, Adrian lost his battle with Motor Neurone Disease. With Adrian's and his family's blessing, we are bringing CranaFest back for 2024 to honour Adrian's memory. We are inviting the entire paddle sports community to come together and celebrate Adrian's life and legacy.
Friday night Bib collection and Saturday night party will take place in the Lake of Shadows Hotel, Buncrana.
We are also excited to announce 'The Adrian Harkin Award' to recognise the outstanding contribution of the creator of CranaFest to paddle sports, along with a charity raffle with great prizes in aid of MND Research.
We are teaming up with Park Jam, a junior-only event taking place on Saturday and Sunday—more details to follow. This is a separate booking; registering for Cranafest does NOT include the park jam
