Buggy Buddies Cork Spring 2025

Buggy Buddies is a welcoming walking programme designed for new parents looking to ease back into movement while connecting with others. Open to mothers at least six weeks post-natal, this gentle programme takes place on an easy, flat path with manageable distances. Each session includes light exercises, breathing techniques, and plenty of opportunities for social interaction. Whether you're looking to boost your fitness, enjoy fresh air, or meet fellow parents, Buggy Buddies offers a supportive and enjoyable way to get moving with your little one in tow!

Program Details

• Midleton Greenway
• Thursdays
• 10am to 11am
• Starting March 27th
• 8 Weeks
  • One Week break for Easter (April 24th)
• Finishing May 22nd
• €10 per participant
• Incorporating gentle exercises and breathing exercises
• New mothers must be at least 6-weeks post-natal
• Please wear appropriate active clothing and footwear
