Tinryland AC 4 Mile Run/Jog/Walk 2019

Tinryland AC are hosting their annual 4 mile run/jog/walk on Sunday 13th October at 1pm.
Tinryland AC in conjunction with Tinryland First Responders are pleased to announce the 40th running of their annual 4 mile walk/jog/ run on Sunday 13th Oct at 1pm in Tinryland Co.Carlow.
Refreshments/prizes/chip timing/race video all included. T-shirts for the first 120 entrants.
Kids 1 mile fun run (U15) will commence at 12.30pm where all finishers will receive medals, enter on the day for a nominal fee of €3.
4 mile walk/jog/ run will commence at 1pm to raise much needed funds for this very worthy charity.
Entries will be taken online for €15 *ex booking fee or on the day for €20 in the local National school in the Village.
