Fit4Life Couch to 5k - New 8-week programme starting 21/01/24 - 11/03/24
The program will involve participants meeting 2 times a week for guided workouts that mix walking and running. Support and guidance will be given to participants. The program fosters a supportive environment, encouraging participants to motivate each other and designed for runners of all levels looking to improve their fitness and achieve the goal of running a 5k.
