Seamus Kennedy Memorial 2024

For this race we are returning to Navan, and racing on our usual circuit that we have used in the past. The race route can be found here:

We will have our race headquarters at Navan Race course, which located about 4kms outside of Navan town. The eircode for the race course is C15 A623. Or it can be found on this google map link:

We will have signage setup just inside the gates of the race course. Toilets are available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO CHANGING ROOMS/SHOWERS AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT.

Sign on will be open from 9.30am, with all races starting at 11.30am

The race categories will be as follows:

A1/A2 - 3 Laps (combined race)

Podium prizes 1-3 overall,
8 unplaced A1s,
8 unplaced A2s

A3 - 2 Laps (COMBINED RACE WITH A4)

Podium prizes 1-3 overall,
6 unplaced A3s
4 unplaced Juniors

A4 - 2 Laps (COMBINED RACE WITH A3)

Prizes 1st - 8th

NOTE THAT THE A3/A4 WILL BE A COMBINED RACE 

Women - 2 Laps (Separate race for women)

Prizes 1st - 8th
1st Unplaced Junior
1st Unplaced M40 (if applicable) 

All races will depart from Navan Racecourse, follow a 2.7km neutralised roll-out, turning right at Kilberry junction, joining the race circuit.
Rolling start on commisaires orders.

All prizes will be presented back at Navan Racecourse ASAP after all races finish

A4s & A3s will have a slightly longer wait, this is unavoidable.

* Riders in podium positions are asked to wear appropriate kit for presentations. ie: Team jerseys/gilets at a minimum, not casual clothing. Dress to impress,a dn to show off the your club/team.
