Embark on a transformative 6 week running journey where you will uncover the fundamentals of running and effective training techniques. Join experienced athletes eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Build lasting friendships and boost confidence through inclusive sessions tailored for all abilities.
The structured training programme, led by qualified coaches experienced in guiding athletes of all levels, aims to inspire you to achieve and believe in your potential. Lace up for a fun and engaging running experience where building confidence and empowerment takes centre stage.
