Please complete your details below to request a refund of your Cycling Ulster levy for 2021.
- Only available for those with a 2021 membership of a club in Ulster or registered as 'Un-Attached Ulster'
- Only available to Adult Leisure & competitive membership.
- There are no Ulster Levies paid on Youth, Junior or Student memberships.
