Beginner Intermediate 6 week training programme hosted by Ratoath Athletic Club in conjunction with Conways Spar Ratoath
Training Times: Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm for 6 weeks ( ok if you cant make every day)
“It’s years since I ran or I have never run before. Will I be too slow?"
Definetly Not!! This is the most common worry.
its not about speed. The training programme is suitable for all, no matter the age or ability.
The coaches are there to answer questions as well as help and encourage.
The only thing you need is a bit of determination!! Your Fitness and confidence will build over the weeks and you WILL DEFINITELY be well able to run a 5K.
Remember... Whether you finish your 5K in 25 minutes, 45 minutes or whatever time...
