• 10am Judges arrive and commence training and deliberations

Thursday 1st April

• 10am - 11am Registration Desk Opens
• 11am Welcome Talk for students
• 11.30am Morning Interviews Start (timetables will be emailed to you on Wednesday)
• 12.30pm to 2pm Lunch in restaurant (staggered around your interviews)
• 1.30pm - 3pm Afternoon Interview sessions
• 3pm - 4pm BICS Badges Launch & group photo
• 4pm - 5pm Meet the Competition - Peer networking
• 8pm Awards Banquet
