A Canoeing Ireland Training Centre Initiative:
Our Academy is a pathway for children to reach their level 2/3 kayak skills through Adventure learning.
As such, we create a dynamic environment amongst peers to achieve the following:
- Develop water confidence
- Peer paddling
- Understanding of the river & hydrology collectively
- Environmental awarness
- Developent of kayak skills
- River trips
- Rescue & First Aid
- Level 2 Skills award
