Stage 1 Coaching with Killian Callaghan (11/12th July)

Venue : The GAP Glencullen Adventure Park 

Groups :

• 10am - 12noon  5-9   years old
• 12.00-3.00pm      7-14 years old
• 3.00pm - 6.00pm 8-16 years old

Price:

5-9 years old 

80 euro per person

 7-16 years old

€100per person

All participants must have Cycling Ireland license & fully mechanically working Mountain bike with helmet and knee pads 

If you dont have a Cycling Ireland licence you can join here. (Enter the riders name on the sign up page)  You can choose to join 'Stage One MTB' club when prompted during application if you dont have a club. 

2 days coaching courses in the GAP - Glencullen adventure park

Course will provide.
Skills training, trial riding, trail awareness, etiquette and safety and of course having fun on bikes.

Please Note.

The GAP disclaimer must be filled out for each day.

Attendants must have correct safety equipment, helmet, kneepads, gloves no exceptions.

Attendants must have water / drink and snacks in their backpack for each day.

Attendants will be required to bring their bikes that meets requirements of riding MTB trails.

Please note if any of the above isn’t in place we may have you turn the attendant away due to our duty to insure health and safety is kept for the attendants sake.
