Shannon Town Utd FC 10k Timed Run and 5k Fun Run/Walk

Shannon Town Utd AFC are hosting a 10k Timed Run and 5k Fun Run/Walk on Saturday April 20th at 12:00pm. The 10k event will start from St Johns School, Drumgeely, Shannon and will follow a scenic route along the estuary, taking in some breath-taking views, before finishing back at St Johns School. This is an AAI approved event and will be a good opportunity for runners to record a fast-time. The 5k will follow a shortened route and provide an opportunity for families to participate and get the kids out in the fresh air while also allowing novice runners the opportunity to run a 5k. Watch out for a special guest appearance from the Easter Bunny!

This is a fund-raising event for Shannon Town Utd. AFC and will provide funds to support the running costs of the club for the coming year.

Online entry of €15 for 10k up to 17th April (plus booking fee) - €20 for 10k once online booking is closed

Registration will take place on Saturday 20th April at St. Johns School from 10:30am - 11.30am.
