Saturday 24th June - departing An Sportlann (Castlebar) at 9.00am. Teas, coffee etc. before we head off.

Showers and changing facilities will be open on the day.

Food stop at Rehins NS (just outside Ballina) - at 35km for the 68km route and at 73km for the 105km route.
