11:40 onwards Sauna 

Join us for a fun Aqua Aerobics and sauna after at Ballyheigue beach  

Join our qualified Swim Ireland coaches and lifeguards for a safe and fun Aqua Aerobics session this summer. 

Our coaches will guide you through learning new skills and enjoying the open water.   

What you will need

• Goggles suitable for open water swimming
• A bright yellow, orange, pink or green silicone swimming hat - Swim Ireland will provide one to all participants. 
• Extra layers to keep warm afterward

Recommended 

• Ear plugs to prevent surfers ear
• Changing robe to make it easier to get changed
• Waterproof bag or plastic bag to keep things dry on shore
• Wetsuit to keep you warm during the session
