Her Outdoors Beginners Mountain Biking for Women & Girls

Join DLR Sports Partnership and the Gap Adventure Park, Glencullen for a fantastic chance to try Mountain Biking for Women & Girls (over 13 yrs). 

This is a complete beginners session, you will get all the instruction fomr the Gap's friendly coaches.  Mountain Biking is one of the best and most enjoyable ways to keep fit whilst outside in nature.  It can be intimidating when you don't know where to start, So  this session is designed to take you on your first mountain bike experience with the aid of the  fully certified mountain biking coache's. There will be 16 places available, so it's a great way to make friends and get into the sport in a relaxed and supportive envoirnment.  As a thank you we will give a voucher for the beautiful Grizzlys cafe when you have finished your session. 

When: Saturday 16th of August 2025                                          

Where: The Gap Adventure Park,Ballybrack rd, Glencullen              

Time : 2:00pm - 5.00pm                                                   

Fitness Level: Beginner level                                             

Equipment: Bike, Helmet, elbow, kneepads &  Bike                        

Cost: 10.00
