The course includes three programmed weekly training sessions, with a dedicated face-to-face group run each Thursday at 7.30pm from Wolfhound Fitness. Participants will receive expert coaching, practical guidance, and progressive training suitable for all fitness levels. The investment for the full programme is €150.
