Regular moderate exercise is linked with overall heart and health benefits at all ages.  Enfield Development Group has linked with Meath County Council, and the Healthy Ireland Fund to bring a little activity to Enfield aimed at everyone. Whether you are a regular gym goer, ring-road walker, active sports club player or participate in occasional activity, you are welcome to join us on September 15th at Enfield Harbour.
