Relaxing 30 minute beach Yoga session with a qualified Yoga instructor, followed by a refreshing dip in the sea supervised by a life guard. This event is open to all adults aged 18+. Yoga starts at 7pm sharp followed by dip in the sea at 7:30pm. This event is taking place on Laytown Beach (Church Rd.) https://goo.gl/maps/8YV5fhLXGynJCQ239 please be mindful of residents and don’t block driveways when parking. Parking is available at the church and at Colaiste na hinse.
Each participant will receive a goody bag with a branded swim hat & bottle of water.
