Celebrating Irish Athletics: Past, Present & Future

Join Athletics Ireland for a special afternoon at the St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin, on August 6th as we celebrate the 45th anniversary of Irish Runner Magazine and look ahead to the 2026 European Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

The event which is supported by 123.ie and adidas will feature a special anniversary reception honouring 45 years of Irish athletics storytelling, followed by an exclusive championship preview hosted by Athletics Ireland. Hear from some of Ireland's leading former international athletes as they discuss Team Ireland's prospects, key athletes to watch, and what to expect from Birmingham.

Tickets are free, but places are limited and advance registration is essential. Tickets will be required on arrival.
