Sign on will be open from 2pm to 5pm. First Riders off at 3pm.

General Information:

Parking is not permitted in the sign on located in Farrells Bar, Summerfield.

 

  1. Underage / Youth must sign on themselves and take their own timing chip (if their race is being chipped / timed).
  2. The event is ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY. No entries will be taken on the day.
  3. All competitors must have an IRL UCI Code to enter
  4. All participants must wear their registered club kit or an unbranded kit. No third-party or unregistered CI kit will be permitted.
  5. All other rules and regulations apply / to be followed as per CI and UCI Technical Rules and Regulations.
  6. The TT Bike Jig may be at the event for all Jnr and Snr Riders. If so, all bikes must be checked through the jig at the starting pen, 10mins before your start time. You cannot leave the starting pen after your bike is checked, if you do, your bike will have to be checked again with the jig before you can start.
  7. Please ensure you are at the starting pen 10mins before your scheduled starting time.

 

Entry Criteria for all Championship Races PLEASE READ in FULL
Riders must satisfy the following Criteria to Compete:
1. The regulations regarding the control of Provincial Championships will be established by Provincial Federations but these should not be in conflict with Cycling Ireland’s National Championship Regulations.
2. License holders satisfying one of the following criteria:
(a) Belonging to a club / team based in the Province;
(b) Unattached and resident in the Province;
(c) Residency in the Province;
(d) Belonging to a club / team based outside Ireland but,
     1) Immediate past address was in the Province or
     2) Most previous Irish club / team was based in the Province.

 

License Regulations for Riders:
Categories are run in the same way that the National Championships are run, if a rider is registered with Cycling Ireland as a Masters Rider stamped on his license that is the category he competes in, a rider does not get the option to choose between the Master Race and any other race. The Ladies will not have any separate masters category, all ladies of all levels will race for the one Championships.

 

Numbers & Timing Chips:
Riders will wear their Cycling Ireland Numbers. Timing Chips will be used during the event.

A €50 CASH deposit is required for each timing chip at the sign on, which will be returned / refunded when the timing chip is returned.

 

Race Schedule:

2:00pm – Sign on Open.

3:30pm = U11, U12 Riders. Presentation at approx 4:30pm at Sign On.

4:00pm = U13, U14, U15, U16 Riders. Presentation at approx 6:00pm at Farrells Bar.

5:00pm = Para Riders.

5:30pm = Senior Riders. Presentation at approx 7:00pm at Farrells Bar.

Light refreshments provided at presentation.

There are bins provided throughout so please leave no trace.
