The SOS Cobh 10 has grown enormously over the years, raising thousands of euro for great causes.

The course will remain open for 2 hours, 30 mins. After this time, the finish line will be taken down with times no longer recorded. 

No walkers, pets, buggies, headphone wearers or other listening devices are permitted in the race (for insurance and safety reasons).

Please respect race marshalls instructions pre, during and post event.

Pacers on bicycles or other means of transport are not permitted. 

The race organisers reserve the right to omit an athlete from the results and not award them a prize (if a prize has been won), if, in the race organiser's opinion, unsporting pacing as mentioned above, or otherwise, has occurred.
