It will be predominantly a team challenge but also open to individual entries.

Aim: to help Munster workforces stay active and healthy while also enjoying some social team building at a fun, safe, and supportive event.

The official score for each team is determined by the recorded times of the registered team members with the chip timing. Trophy's awarded to fastest overall team

• The course is fast and scenic making it hugely popular amoungst elite athletes, club runners, social and fun runners.
