Get ready to challenge yourself with KFitt Athletic at Kilrush Creek Marina with our HYROX simulation event. This simulation is all about performance, endurance, and fun. Here's what awaits you: 

• 
  1000m SkiErg – Start with a solid ski.
• 
  50m Sled Push – Test your power on a short, intense push (weight is based on your category)
• 
  50m Sled Pull – Keep the momentum with a challenging pull (weight is based on your category)
• 
  80m Burpee Broad Jumps – A straightforward jump sequence demanding precision and control.
• 
  1000m Rowing – Find your rhythm in a demanding mid-distance row.
• 
  200m Farmers Carry – Maintain your composure under load as you move the distance (weight is based on your category).
• 
  100m Sandbag Lunges – Lunge into a mix of strength and balance, carrying extra weight. (weight is based on your category)
• 
  Wall Balls – 75 or 100 wall balls to finish based on your category.

Linking each event is a 1km run to keep you on pace.
