Learning Outcomes:
The team will teach
- The correct cardiac auscultation techniques and their interpretation in the clinical setting.
- The correct application of various Electrocardiographic devices at rest and during exercise will be taught.
- Common findings during ECG exam will be examined and then the team use clinical cases to encourage participants to discuss common cardiological problems in a range of presentations including poor performance, challenging pre-purchase exams and intensive care patients to supplement knowledge gained in the lectures.
