Stone Mad Half Marathon 2025

The race kicks off at 9:30 a.m. on Castle Close Road (T23 KP73), with the initial stretch taking participants through the heart of Blarney Village, allowing runners to quickly find their pace. After leaving the village centre, the route continues onto Waterloo Road for an out-and-back section leading to Rathduff Cross, following the scenic path of the River Martin. Upon returning to Blarney Village, runners will take a left turn toward the secondary school before finishing at Blarney GAA Clubhouse. Chip timing will be in place, with prizes awarded for overall winners and across various age categories.

Before proceeding please, note that you are entering the 2025 Stone Mad Half Marathon (21.1km/13.1 miles). The minimum age on race day is 18. Entrants should be capable of completing a half marathon in under 3 hours. This is to ensure full safety measures will be effective.
