Trail Sisters Festival at The Gap 2026

Trail Sisters Festival at GAP. Women to take over the hill. A morning of coach or uplifts, your choice....  Treat yourself to a Grizzlys burger for lunch. 

 Hashtag "Not a race" in the afternoon. Use your strava, and test yourselves on blue, red and/or black trails. Do your best, have fun... Prizes for the best times, prize for the most high gain and distance in the afternoon, Prize for the fastest XC lap and other random prizes. 

 Opportunities to try out Tighnalluis Sauna.  https://tighnalluis.ie/ Yoga class for those who feel like stretching. Camping available Friday evening and Saturday evening for those who wish to stay over.

Cost 50 euro (Which includes uplifts or coaching)

Sign on 9.00 am

Everyone stops at 1.00 pm pr before and we have lunch. 

 After Lunch 

Two blue trails, B2 and B4

Two red trails R6 and R15

Two Black trails B18 and B23

The women who don't want to race or who are tired can head down for a yoga session at 4.40 - 5.50 pm or a suna in the afternoon

We also have  an XC loop around the two blue trails on Strava and give a prize for the fastest XC time, 

5.30 -6.30 pm Beers, Podiums and prize giving.....
