Have you been thinking about getting fitter, but not quite sure where to start? Trust us, this is for you, Our Couch to 5K is all about starting where you are. No fitness required, no experience needed just show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
Over 6 weeks, we will gently build you up from walking/jogging to running a 5K.
You will be part of a group of people in the exact same boat, same nerves, same goal. Training with a group is the best motivation on those though days when you don’t want to leave the house to go for a run, the group will carry you through. There’s something special about training together the chats, the encouragement. It’s not just about the running.
You will train twice a week with experienced Ratoath Athletic Club coaches who know exactly how to help you feel comfortable and keep progressing without overdoing it!.
And don’t worry this isn’t about racing or being the fastest. The only goal is your goal.
