The AON Pursuit commemorates the 1592 escape from Dublin Castle by Art O'Neill, his brother Henry, and Red Hugh O'Donnell. The Pursuit is a 25km road race starting in Dublin Castle and finishing at Kippure Estate, Co. Wicklow.
