Sundrive Junior Track Camp 2023

3-day Track Camp for Junior riders.
Eamonn Ceannt Stadium, Sundrive Road
Wednesday 12^th to Friday 14^th April
Coaches : Hugh Byrne, Colm Sevastopulo, John Coates 

Camp is open to both experienced riders and newcomers. 
U16 and Senior riders welcome but we will be focussing on Junior events as in Pursuit. Kilo/500 and Sprint

Over the 3 days we will cover various elements of track riding.

Primary Focus

Day 1 : Sprint
Day 2 : Pursuit
Day 3 : Starts and Kilo/500

The above is the only the primary focus for each day but there will be crossover and if riders are e.g. primarily interested in one aspect or event we will tailor their efforts to that over the three days.

Please bring a selection of gears, time trial bars if you use them, lunch and a chair to rest between efforts.

We will also cover some aspects of strength and conditioning. In the event that the weather is unfavourable we will have indoor activities.
