The Men on the Move programme focuses on increasing participation in exercise and physical activity.
Men on the Move (MOTM) is a physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men to get more active, have fun, and improve fitness levels. It involves:
- Regular physical activity sessions over 8-weeks that are led by a qualified instructor to meet your needs.
- Structured physical activity sessions so that you can find a level and pace that suits you.
Multiple venues across Cork will host programme one evening a week for the eight weeks.
