A 10 week family focused programme that combines both fitness and healthy eating.
Over the 10 weeks, you will learn the important elements of cooking healthy meals and healthier versions of your family favourites.
You will also start and progress your fitness journey which will become routine in time for you and your family.
The programme has been designed to benefit the whole family and encourages healthier choices and lifestyle changes in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
2 Adults and 2 Kids per ticket (Kids aged 6+)
Structure - programme involves 2 evenings per week of physical activity and healthy eating elements, with an optional park run on Saturday mornings.
