Dip in the Nip - Old Head, Louisburgh
Saturday April 16th 8am on Old Head Beach (or a beach near you!) we are asking ladies to Dip in the Nip to Support Irish Community Air Ambulance.
Laughter is guaranteed with this event! At 8am we will run into the sea at Old Head Beach, Louisburgh (Outside Westport), Mayo - Dip in the Nip style in support of Irish Community Air Ambulance. The dip will last as long as you like, it's up to you. Enjoy the shock and exhilaration that the cold sea brings.
Women from all walks of life are invited to take part. Bare all and support a good cause. Dipping in the nip can be exhilarating and fun experience and make you feel alive. Also, everyone is equal in the water.
There will be an all-female support crew there on the morning in kayaks and life guarding. There is a goodie bag with Irish Community Air Ambulance snood, tasty treat, fruit and drink for all taking part.
This is the first year that the Dip in the Nip on the Wild Atlantic Way is taking place for this life saving and life changing medical service.
If you can't make Old Head Beach, Westport on Saturday 16th why not dip in your own locality. Join us in the water near you! Just be safe.
