Meath Local Sport Partnership are delighted to launch our new 8 week 0 to 3k (podcast) programme starting Monday 8th March.
This 8 week podcast series will ensure you reach your ideal fitness goal by May 2021.
If you have always wanted to run but didn’t know where to start, this is just the programme for YOU!! Our tutor Andrea McGuinness will talk you through 3 sessions each week and bring you from walking to jogging with relative ease.
This programme is designed for complete beginners with a step by step guide making it easy to follow and fun to complete. Andrea will be taking part in each session with you leading you through the entire programme to achieve your goal.
Once you have registered you will receive your podcast three times a week to complete at a time that suits you. It can be completed outdoors, in your garden, indoors or even jogging on the spot (please adhere to the 5km restrictions).
