Lessons in Leadership- A Panel Discussion

Athletics Ireland is delighted to present a 'Lessons in Leadership Panel Discussion' to celebrate International Women's Day. 

The aim of this panel discussion is to better equip current and future leaders to navigate the many challenges and gender biases that hinder female members in sport. 

This panel will feature anumber of our female leaders from across the membership to share their perspectives and examine the impact that female leaders can have on their clubs and communities– and the impact that leadership roles can have on the women who hold them.

It will feature a number of our National Board Members, County Representatives, Club Chairpersons and Club Committee Members, as they provide inisghts on their personal and professional experiences, and what has shaped them as leaders in their fields. 

This panel discussion is suitable for those who are hoping to deepen their leadership knowledge across various roles in sport.
