The Sean Sharkey Memorial

The event is a charity/fundraiser for a children's respite centre. All proceeds will go to the Maria Goretti Foundation.

Cx race in memory of Sean Sharkey. Sean was 16 years of age when he suddenly passed away in January 2021. The Sharkeys are a cycling family with close ties to the track where Sean cycled on a tandem with his Dad Peter. We would like to have a cx event in Sean's name and donate all proceeds to The Maria Goretti Foundation where Sean spent a lot of time and loved so much.
