Canoeing Ireland Athlete Connect Day

Join us at Kilcullen Canoe Club on Saturday, 28th November, from 11:30–4pm, for an afternoon of workshops, discussions and connecting with athletes from different disciplines. Open to any paddlesport athletes currently competing in a discipline recognised by Canoeing Ireland.

Agenda -

• Shoulder Health & Prehab Workshop – learn how to look after your shoulders and keep yourself on the water.
• Mindset & Psychology Workshop – explore the mental side of our sport and how we can perform at our best.
• Athlete Roundtable Discussions – chat about the work of the Athletes’ Commission, share your experiences, and tell us what YOU want to see for the future of our sport.

Kilcullen Canoe Club have kindly offered the use of their facilities if you fancy getting a training session in before or after the event, and their changing rooms are available if you need to get ready for the Canoeing Ireland Awards later in the evening.
