This New Healthy Food Made Easy workshop aims to improve participants nutritional knowledge and eating habits. The course content is designed to help participants make affordable, healthier choices when shopping, cooking and eating which in turn can ultimately help reduce diet related conditions and build simple cookery skills. The course consisists of 6 weekly 2-2.5 hour sessions.
