Coral Leisure Monaghan
Girls will be offered a further 6-weeks programme where they will be shown how to safely use gym equipment and be provided with a basic gym based programme that they can use to guide them over the 6weeks!!

Week 1&2 will be gym inductions

Week 3:girls will be given a gym based programme

Week 4,5,6 is for weekly gym membership, which allows the girls to use the gym Monday - Sunday anytime during Coral opening hrs
