Limerick Narwhals 1k open water Time Trial series

Limerick Narwhals will be running the first open water 1K Time Trials.

This will consist of a 1 k time trail over the same course in June, July and August. These swims will be reconised by the Shannon League and will go towards your points in the League. O'Briensbridge

The Date are as follows:

1 st swim 21 June

2 nd swim 19 July

3 rd swim 16 August 

You can register for one, two or all three

Cost:

1 swim € 15

2 Swims € 25

3 Swims € 30

All swims will start at 19:00 the catagories are Male/Female Skins/wetsuit (registration 18:15 to 18:45)
