Event Description:
This event will be an interactive and enjoyable few hours spent with others who are interested in promoting walking in Cork city and County at all levels. It will include a presentation on the Get Cork Walking Initiative and a key notes address with Kirsty Rankin who has great experience in the Paths for All Project in Scotland. The presentations will be followed by lunch and a walking tour of Cork City. This tour will include a number of projects that are taking place around the city to make it as walkable as possible.
