Cork Sports Partnership and Triathlon Ireland are delighted our new Women's Aquathlon (Splash & Dash) event to Fermoy August. The events introduces Women to a new multi-sport event consisting of a 20 minute swim and 20 minutes of a run in a supportive environment.

Event Details:

    • Venue: Fermoy
    • Time: 7 pm - 8 pm 

What is the Splash & Dash Event?

Each participant will complete a 20 minute swim and 20 minutes of a run. Rules for the event are straightforward and easy to follow and revolve around inclusivity for all, race etiquette and the health and safety aspects of a swim followed by a run.
