Courcey AC 5 Mile

Hosted by Courcey AC in Ballinspittle, Cork this is a looped five mile course taking in the back roads and main roads between Ballinspittle & Garrylucas beach near the Old Head of Kinsale. Starting at Garrylucas, the course includes a final mile which will have participants looking out at the Atlantic Ocean passing Garrettstown beach.

Set the pace by setting a course record for all to chase down in 2024!

• Participants must be 16 years or older on the day of the race
• Single race entry €20 + booking fee
• The use of headphones is not permitted during the race
• Entry non refundable/non-transferrable
• Buggies / Strollers not permitted
• Event capacity capped, get your entry in early

This event is run under an Athletics Ireland permit/licence

Please note for all races starting in 2023 the board of Athletics Ireland has established the requirement for all non-Athletics Ireland registered runners to purchase a One Day Licence (2 euro) during the registration process.
