It will be predominantly a team challenge but also open to individual entries.
Aim: to help Munster workforces stay active and healthy while also enjoying some social team building at a fun, safe, and supportive event.
Enter as part of a team of 4 with 3 categories available:

The official score for each team is determined by the recorded times of the registered team members with the chip timing.
The course is fast and scenic making it hugely popular amoungst elite athletes, club runners, social and fun runners.
